Otsuka’s new Ramadan TV commercial for its Pocari brand was produced by Shooting Gallery Indonesia, and directed by the dynamic German duo Peter Göltenboth and Florian Giefer. Our team set up camp in Bangkok where Thai puppet maker Temade Seesom handcrafted the Balloon Man – standing two meters tall – using only conventional techniques with latex. The construction was then animated live on set by ‘invisible’ actors, to reproduce the funny human-like gestures… Below are some interesting behind-the-scenes pictures of this campaign, which was designed by Dentsu Indonesia. The directors Pet & Flo are represented by Shooting Gallery Asia, and you can contact us for more information via our website or through our regional offices.
